Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying models, software, or intellectual property to you.
Zadro services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zadro Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zadro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.
